Scientific degree (Mg.sc.comm.) \u2013 professional Master\u2019s degree in public relations, qualification: Head of the public relations structural unit. On the way to the top of higher education \u2013 Ph.D. in communication management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The head of communication company \u201cJ.B. Spark Communication\u201d. More than 20 years of experience in public relations, most experience working in municipalities and the non-governmental sector, but in recent years also with companies and organizations. Is engaged as a communication expert in various communication-related issues and projects.\n\nHe teaches seminars on communication, public relations, crisis communication, strategic communication, lobbying, communication, etc.\n\nHead of the Department of Communication, Department of Communication Sciences, Faculty of Business Administration, Tur\u012bba University (Latvia). Director of the \u201cInternational Communication Management\u201d and \u201cPublic Relations\u201d study programs.\n\nMentor of the Mentor Association Tur\u012bba University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Long-time member of the Latvian Association of Public Relations Professionals, and in recent years also a board member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lecturer at several other universities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
